By accessing or using lawgat.pk ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
The Platform is intended for individuals preparing for the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Law Graduate Assessment Test (Law GAT) in Pakistan. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and are using the service for lawful educational purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. lawgat.pk cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed manually via EasyPaisa or JazzCash to the account number 03051929141 (Muhammad Umar Hashmi). Once payment is verified by our team, your account will be activated within 30 minutes. All payments are non-refundable unless the Platform fails to provide the purchased service for reasons solely attributable to us. Subscription pricing is subject to change with prior notice.
You agree not to: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without written permission; (b) use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform; (d) upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (e) share your account credentials with third parties; or (f) use the Platform in any way that could damage its reputation or operation.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to MCQs, past papers, explanations, study notes, mock exams, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of lawgat.pk and its contributors. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable. MCQ content is created for educational purposes and does not constitute legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, lawgat.pk and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of exam results, or loss of revenue.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
