1. Scope & Appealable Orders (Rule 1)
- General Rule: Not every order passed by a court can be appealed. Only orders specifically listed in Section 104 and Order 43 Rule 1 are Appealable.

2. Procedure & Pending Applications (Rules 2 & 4)
- Procedural Application (Rule 2): The actual procedure for filing and handling an appeal against an order follows the same rules as an appeal from original decrees, which is mentioned under Order 41.
- Interlocutory Material (Rule 4): According to Order 43 Rule 4, the provisions of Rule 3 (regarding service of notice/memorandum) shall mutatis mutandis (with necessary changes) apply to all Applications filed before an appellate Court during the pendency of a suit.
