Create an Account on HEC ETC Portal

Pay the Law GAT Application Fee
Generate your 1Bill Consumer ID from the ETC portal. Copy the 17-digit Consumer ID and pay via your mobile banking app (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Meezan, HBL, etc.), ATM, or Internet Banking under the 1Bill / Bill Payment option. Keep your payment receipt.
Submit Application & Verify Status
After payment is confirmed (usually within 24 hours), verify that your application status shows 'Submitted' or 'Confirmed' in the ETC portal. Download and save your application form as a reference. Your Roll Number Slip will be uploaded ~1 week before the Law GAT test date.
